By creating an account or using LiveKaart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What LiveKaart Is

LiveKaart is a platform that aggregates grocery deals, store flyers, and live prices from local and chain stores. We display pricing information provided by store owners and publicly available sources. LiveKaart does not sell groceries directly and is not responsible for the accuracy of prices posted by third-party stores.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

4. Store Owner Accounts

Businesses that enroll on LiveKaart agree to post accurate, current pricing information. Posting false or misleading prices is prohibited and may result in account termination. Store owners are solely responsible for the deals, events, and information they post.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on LiveKaart (including Walmart, Costco, Kroger, and other retailers) are the property of their respective owners. LiveKaart does not claim ownership of third-party brand assets. Store flyer images are displayed for informational purposes under fair use.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LiveKaart to: scrape or mass-download pricing data; spam or harass other users or store owners; post events or deals that are fraudulent or misleading; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LiveKaart is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that prices shown are current or accurate at the time of purchase. Always verify prices at the store before purchasing. We are not responsible for pricing errors or changes made by stores.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveKaart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to savings you expected but did not receive.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of LiveKaart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
